1. Who we are

KRYTS is an online platform for designing, ordering and producing custom apparel, operated from Australia at kryts.com. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You may use the designer as a guest, but saving designs, joining a team store, or placing orders requires an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Designs and intellectual property

You own the original artwork and final design configurations you create. When you place an order, you grant KRYTS a licence to produce, ship and (in anonymised form) display your design for portfolio purposes.

The underlying 3D models, garment templates, design template library, fabric textures, flatlock patterns, panel cut files, application source code, database schema and design tools are owned by KRYTS or its licensors. You receive no licence to copy, redistribute or reverse-engineer these assets.

You must NOT upload artwork or text you don't have the rights to use. We reserve the right to refuse production for any design that infringes third-party rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, headless browsers, or any automated means to access, index, archive or replicate any part of the site, including the 3D models, design templates, customer-area content or APIs;
• Circumvent rate limits, signed URL expiry, authentication, or any other technical protection;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works of the application or its assets;
• Bulk-download images, GLB files, design previews or any other materials beyond what is reasonable for ordering;
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform;
• Impersonate another person, team or organisation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, and pursue damages where appropriate under Australian law.

5. Orders and production

Once an order is paid for, the design is locked. Custom-made items cannot be returned for change of mind. Manufacturing defects are covered under Australian Consumer Law — contact us within 30 days of receipt.

Delivery timelines on the product page are estimates. Peak-season delays are flagged in the UI before checkout.

6. Team Drop and Solo Drop stores

Team Drop Store orders are batched and produced together after the order window closes. Refunds for window-closed orders are not possible once production starts. Solo Drop Store orders begin production immediately and follow the same rules as individual custom orders.

7. Pro Design service

Some designs may be created or reviewed by professional designers on the KRYTS network. Free design hooks (initial + revisions) are outlined on each product page. Paid revisions and Pro-Certified reviews are non-refundable once work has begun.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRYTS's aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees you have under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], Australia. Any dispute that can't be resolved by good-faith discussion will be submitted to the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email and posted on this page. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
